Does anyone know how to make and implement Neural Networks?? - which financial modelling software is the best
I must be a market Financial Software Analyzer, model estimates of the value types through the application of neural networks required. Since I do not know of them Sumone may be a neural network for me to apply? It must be the basis of learning as well. Any proposal to replace, forums, ads, etc. I am open to them too. Platform would have preferred to Vb.net / C # and Java alternative.

There are free C # or VB source of neural networks. However, the good MATLAB for most applications in the toolbox of a neural network has been well documented with the help of which are integrated, the neural network, which applications are good, and how to program and use MATLAB. It would hardly be extra work for you if you are not familiar with Matlab, but it could be interesting. Good luck.
